The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Rotary Club of GOUR BANGA was held successfully on 27/12/2025 at SWAAD RESTAURANT with the presence of club members. The President Rtn.KUNTAL PAUL welcomed all and reviewed the activities and achievements of the year. The Secretary Rtn.SANATAN MANDAL presented the annual report, followed by the Rtn. KOUSHIK GUPTA Treasurer’s financial statement, which was unanimously approved by the house. Plans and goals for the upcoming Rotary year were also discussed and Office bearers for the ensuing Rotary year were elected unanimously After the official proceedings, strengthening fellowship and camaraderie. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks, fellowship and Dinner.
